At IAG, we pride ourselves on the pragmatic abilities and educational pedigree of our staff. Every associate has or is in the pursuit of one or more graduate degrees in a variety of disciplines. Current degree candidates must satisfy rigorous screening requirements to be staffed as an associate, including being in the top 10% of their respective program. Moreover, the majority of our staff brings years of public sector and/or private industry analytical consulting experience to the table.

The true economic value with IAG is found in how the company operates. Associates are selected from a staffing pool on a project by project basis, depending upon their skills and the specific needs and time constraints of the client. This ensures not only a “tailored-fit” project team, but also elimiates many of the overhead excess-staffing costs that our competitors build into their hourly rates.
